1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using the Floors Advantage website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Floors Advantage's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials

Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website

Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

In no event shall Floors Advantage or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Floors Advantage's website, even if Floors Advantage or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. SERVICE AGREEMENT

5.1 Free Estimates

Free in-home estimates are provided without obligation to purchase

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided

A deposit may be required to secure an installation date

5.2 Pricing & Payment

Final pricing is based on measurements taken during the in-home consultation

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars

A deposit of 25-50% of the estimated cost is required to schedule installation

The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfer

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled installation, your deposit will be refunded in full minus any materials already ordered

If you cancel within 14 days of installation, your deposit is non-refundable

If Floors Advantage cancels, a full refund of any deposits will be issued

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

5.4 Installation Terms

Installation dates are scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time

Floors Advantage will make reasonable efforts to complete installations on the scheduled date

Installation may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, material delays, etc.)

The customer is responsible for clearing the area of furniture and personal items before installation

Floors Advantage is not responsible for damage to existing structures, walls, or baseboards that were pre-existing

5.5 Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation

Manufacturer's warranty on materials will be provided with your receipt

Warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, accidents, or negligence

Warranty covers defects in materials and installation only

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Floors Advantage does not guarantee specific results or timelines. While we strive for quality and professionalism, unforeseen circumstances may affect project completion.

7. ACCURACY OF MATERIALS

The materials appearing on Floors Advantage's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Floors Advantage does not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. Floors Advantage may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. MATERIALS ON WEBSITE

The materials on Floors Advantage's website are provided for informational purposes only. Floors Advantage does not make any representations or warranties with respect to such materials and expressly disclaims all implied warranties and conditions.
